Anurakti Yoga literally means Bhakti, Devotion to the Absolute.
It is derived from a Sanskrit word meaning Love (Anu),
Passion (Rakt) & Devotion (Bhakti).
Yoga has shown me the way home, through love of self, source & spirit. My practice has always been at
the highest level an offering & recognition of Absolute Divinity within myself & all things. This ultimately is where Anurakti
Yoga was born. A way to truely describe the essence of my teachings of Yoga & what it means to me. When we come home,
when we reside in the heart, when we listen & speak our truth, all experiences of
life unravel to a place of connectivity, harmony & balance.
Being a Bhakti Yogi means being in service of the heart -
not only my own but the greater collective heart.
